St. John Properties, a commercial real estate development and management firm based in Baltimore, has recently announced the promotion of Mindy Saler to assistant vice president of Legal. With over 15 years of legal experience as a leasing attorney, Saler brings valuable expertise to her new role.
In her previous position, Saler was responsible for drafting and negotiating real estate leases, analyzing lease agreements, preparing lease abstracts and communicating with opposing legal counsel. As she takes on this new role at St. John Properties, she will continue to support the company’s leasing team while also assisting the contracts department in implementing new processes as the company expands nationwide.
