Reconditioning Work/Shop in Dallas | Triten

Amid a stagnant economy, real estate investors are opting to renovate choice properties instead of marketing them for sale. Despite the lack of sales activity, multi-million dollar renovations remain in full swing. The latest example is Work/Shop, a mixed-use complex in Dallas recently reconditioned by Houston-based investment and development firm Triten Real Estate Partners. This redevelopment features 135,000 square feet of office space and 81,500 square feet of retail space with restaurants and entertainment venues as well as 30,000 square feet open green spaces overlooking Prestonwood Country Club.

Triten has made major renovations to the south office building including redesigning its façade and common areas along with adding new amenities while also upgrading various components within the retail area. CBRE has been appointed to lease out this newly renovated office space at Work/Shop in Dallas .
