Eric Bell and Jordan Callaway from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office marketed the property on behalf of a Chicagoland-based private investor. The portfolio includes three properties that are fully occupied: 62-64 W. 15th St., 148 W. 14th St., both in Chicago Heights; as well as 3020 and 3022 Jackson Ave., South Chicago Heights – all featuring large units with six garage spaces and tenant paid utilities.
