The NRP Group and H.I.G. Realty Partners have joined forces to develop a new multifamily project in Carrollton, Texas. The groundbreaking for Diamond Flats, a luxurious market-rate community situated on six acres of land, has already taken place. This four-story development will consist of 331 spacious apartment homes and is estimated to cost $69 million.
Located at 1402 Carrollton Parkway, Diamond Flats offers one- to three-bedroom units with an average size of over 950 square feet. Designed for professionals with flexible work schedules, the community includes dens in many units for remote working as well as shared coworking spaces. On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with separate areas for strength training and cardio workouts, a refreshing pool area surrounded by beautiful courtyards, an entertaining game room and secure garage parking facilities. Notably,this marks the second NRP development in the thriving Carrollton neighborhood.
The first set of units are expected to be completed by 2025.
