Ryan Companies and NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health (NS-EEH) have officially begun construction on the Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) Health Center. The 71,000-square-foot facility, located on the Edward Hospital campus in Naperville, will offer a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services all under one roof. Ryan Companies is responsible for owning, developing and building this state-of-the-art center.
The design studio at Ryan A+E Inc., led by expert architects and interior designers from Ryan Companies themselves, has been tasked with creating an innovative layout for the CVI Health Center. This new facility will bring together healthcare providers from NS-EEH as well as Cardiac Surgery Associates and Midwest Cardiovascular Institute to provide top-notch care to patients in Naperville and surrounding areas.
Curt Pascoe, vice president of real estate development at Ryan Companies expressed his excitement about working closely with NorthShore – Edward Elmhurst Health to turn their vision into reality. This project marks their third collaboration together. Nationally recognized for delivering over 150 projects across 22 states within just seven years specifically tailored towards healthcare clients; it’s no wonder why they were chosen once again by NS-EEH.
