"Grand Opening and Renovations Unveiled at Tacoma Centre"

Tacoma Centre, formerly known as Tacoma Financial Center, is proud to announce its grand opening after a complete renovation of the first floor spanning 10,000 square feet. The property was recently acquired by Kirkland-based MJR Development and has undergone a name change and extensive transformation.

MJR President Mike Raskin stated that the modern workforce now seeks more than traditional office spaces in light of the pandemic. They desire properties with amenities that seamlessly blend into their daily routines. Kidder Mathews’ Will Frame and Drew Frame represented MJR in the acquisition and are currently managing leasing operations.

Located downtown at 1145 Broadway, Tacoma Centre’s renovations include a fitness center, lounge area, café/wine bar on its 15-story building covering over 200,000 square feet. The second phase of this multi-million-dollar project will be completed soon with an additional pavilion and upgrades to common areas. According to Will Frame: “Tacoma Centre reflects the market’s preference for high-quality properties.”
