Jackson Square Properties has acquired the 254-unit Broadstone Kendrick in Uptown Denver for $111 million, averaging to $437,000 per unit. The seller was Alliance Residential and a team from CBRE led by Terence Hunt represented them.

Broadstone Kendrick is a newly constructed rental community consisting of two mid-rise buildings with eight stories each and underground parking. With an average unit size of 727 square feet, it offers spacious floorplans.

Residents can enjoy various amenities such as two rooftop terraces, a fitness center, wellness center, and ample lounge and coworking space.

The location is ideal as it sits across from the Uptown Medical District which houses over 4,000 medical jobs. It’s also just one block away from Restaurant Row on 17th Street.
