"Discover the Benefits of City Year's One Clipboard Ink Space at 180 Maiden Lane"

City Year, Inc. and One Clipboard Inc. (dba Splash) have secured new pre-built units at 180 Maiden Lane in the Financial District. The move was facilitated by Rory Murphy, Larry Serota, and Stacey Kruger Birndorf of Transwestern for City Year and Michael Pallas, Andrew Coe, and Margaux Kelleher of JLL for Splash.

City Year has leased a 10,807-square-foot suite on the 25th floor while Splash will occupy a neighboring unit measuring at 5,215 square feet on the same floor. In addition to these new tenants moving in to the building’s pre-built suites are existing tenants Cover Whale Insurance who have expanded into an additional unit measuring at 4
