Belmont Village Senior Living has reached the construction milestone for its fifth Bay Area community, Belmont Village San Ramon. The Mehran family invited Belmont Village to develop this community at Bishop Ranch. Harrison Street Real Estate is partnering with them on the project, while Synovus Bank and Cadence Bank are providing debt.
According to Patricia Will, founder and CEO of Belmont Village Senior Living, “Belmont Village San Ramon is more than just a senior living community; it showcases our unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality care and support for older adults.”
The six-story senior living facility spans 175,320 square feet and is located at 6151 Bollinger Canyon Rd. It is set to open in late 2024 alongside other Belmont communities in Albany, Sunnyvale, San Jose,and Los Gatos.
