Bulfinch Companies, a commercial real estate and investment firm, has announced new leases, expansions, and extensions at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham, Massachusetts. The property was repositioned from office to life science space with recent signings of ABio-X Holdings for 15,000 square feet; Xenon Pharmaceuticals for 17,000 square feet; Evolved by Nature for 43,000 square feet; as well as an expansion of co-working space provider Workbar’s space from 16k to nearly 27k sq ft. Warner Bros Entertainment also extended its lease at the building which is now 92% leased.
