Mosaic Construction, LLC, a full-service commercial and multifamily design-build firm, has recently relocated to a new office space at 4201 Lake Cook Road in Northbrook, Illinois. The move was facilitated by Todd Mintz of JLL and other trade partners such as Frank Bak Decorating and FastSigns Northbrook. The landlord for the Class-A property is Xroads Real Estate Advisors.
Founder & CEO Andy Poticha stated that the new office was designed to support collaboration among their growing team of 24 members. With over three decades of experience in various sectors including commercial, multifamily residential, retail and cannabis projects; Mosaic Construction is excited for this next chapter of growth.
The modern open-concept suite spans 5,600 square feet on the first floor with ample natural light. It features private offices along with flex stations for versatile work arrangements as well as huddle rooms and a spacious kitchen equipped with meeting areas.
