Raise Commercial Real Estate, a real estate technology and brokerage firm that delivers workplace solutions to global clients, has signed a three-year lease for a 4,000-square-foot space at 184 Fifth Avenue in New York City. This new location will serve as the company’s headquarters.
Jamie Katcher, managing director of Raise Commercial Real Estate in New York said: “We’re thrilled to be making the move into our new home across from the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park which will act as an impetus for our continued growth and presence in this region.”
The NYC team at Raise was represented by Jamie Katcher, Doug Regal, Sebastian Infante Emilie Goldman and Henry Korzec during this transaction while Ben Waller from ABS Partners Real Estate acted on behalf of the landlord.
