Skender has successfully completed the construction of Studio B, a state-of-the-art shopping and performance center for Bettinardi Golf. The facility, located at 1225 W. 22nd Street in Oak Brook, Illinois, was designed by renowned architect RGLA Solutions and managed by commercial broker Cresa.
Spanning over 6,877 square feet on the ground floor of a two-tower office complex next to Michael Jordan’s restaurant, Studio B boasts an immersive experience with its spacious shopping area and exclusive features such as private putter fitting bays and custom wedge fitting services. It also offers event space for hosting special occasions.
According to Jacob Boyle, senior project manager at Skender: “The attention to detail required for this high-end project made it both challenging and exciting for our team.” He further added that the end result is an intimate yet elevated space where customers can shop comfortably while socializing or attending events.
This latest achievement adds another feather in Skender’s cap as they continue their legacy of delivering exceptional projects across various industries.
