Seattle-based consulting firm, Slalom, is set to relocate its headquarters in 2024. The company will be moving into Hawk Tower at 255 S. King Street in Pioneer Square from their current location at the Exchange Building on Second Avenue. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, this move is a direct deal with building owner Steinhauer Properties.
Hawk Tower was completed by Steinhauer Properties in 2018 and boasts of 11 floors and over 200,000 square feet of space. After the relocation, it will be renamed as Slalom Hawk Tower. Previously known as Avalara Hawk Tower due to its use by tax software company Avalara as their headquarters.
