Wildcat Management, a locally based development and investment firm, is looking to the southern Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield for their next project. The $150 million Castle Ranch would include apartments, townhomes, retail and restaurant space as well as coworking office space. Additionally it will feature pocket parks with walkable streets and sidewalks along with pedestrian paths that connect to an upcoming city park and trail system currently under construction.
Trish Ragan of Wildcat Management expressed her enthusiasm about the opportunity saying “I am excited about applying our years of community building experience in downtown Dallas towards Mansfield’s visionary efforts through this public-private partnership which will yield benefits for generations of citizens in Mansfield”
Before moving forward on this project plans must be submitted to the city among other crucial steps before groundbreaking can begin which is slated for 2024.
