Portman has successfully completed the Junction Krog District, a top-notch office building with street-level retail facing the Atlanta BeltLine. Adding to the diverse dining options is Yuji, a new Japanese establishment by Kinjo Enterprise, LLC. Alongside Yeppa & Co, an Italian restaurant concept, Yuji will open its doors in summer 2024.

This development boasts 135,000 square feet of first-rate office space complete with private terraces and a public porch spanning over 7,000 square feet that is now accessible to all. In the upcoming weeks ahead of us Portman intends on activating this porch by hosting live music events and featuring pop-up bars.

In close proximity to Junction Krog District lies an additional 1.3 acres recently acquired by Portman for future expansion plans as part of their commitment towards enhancing Atlanta’s beloved pedestrian trail through community-oriented projects. Meanwhile in Atlanta itself construction work continues at Spring Quarter – Portman’s three-building project centered around HM Patterson Home and Gardens which will offer luxury residential units alongside office spaces and retail outlets.
