Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, has recently renewed their lease for a 37,031-square-foot office space at 14 Wall Street in the Financial District. The entire 20th floor of this historic office tower will continue to be occupied by the firm.
The marketing efforts for this downtown office tower were led by CBRE’s team consisting of Bradley Gerla, Jon Cope, Mike Rizzo and Masha Dudelzak. They represented ROZA 14W LLC in the lease negotiations for this property spanning over 1.1 million square feet. The asking rent was $50 per square foot.
