Wildcat Management, a locally based development and investment firm, is looking to the southern Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield for its latest project. The $150 million Castle Ranch would include apartments, townhomes, retail and restaurant space as well as coworking office space. Additionally it will feature pocket parks, walkable streets with sidewalks and pedestrian paths that connect to an upcoming city park and trail system.
Trish Ragan from Wildcat Management expressed her enthusiasm about the opportunity: “I am excited about applying our years of community building experience in downtown Dallas toward Mansfield’s visionary efforts. Our public-private partnership will yield benefits for generations of citizens in this area.”
Before moving forward with construction plans must be submitted to the city along with other crucial steps before groundbreaking can take place which is slated for 2024.
