A 44-unit boutique apartment building will soon replace a dated two-story apartment with recent code violations. The new complex, located at 11 Peachtree Hills Ave., is situated just south of the Publix-anchored Peachtree Battle Shopping Mall and north of the winding banks of Peachtree Creek. The existing two-story building will be demolished, while preserving the granite walls on site.
According to Urbanize Atlanta, Pruiett Capital Partners has proposed a three-story multifamily building with 44 apartments and an amenity terrace on the roof. These units will range from studios to two-bedroom options and each one will feature open balconies for residents to enjoy. In compliance with zoning regulations, fixed bike racks, light poles, and new street trees will also be added to enhance the site.
The property currently includes an underground parking garage accessible via Fairhaven Circle which will also remain intact after construction is complete. Records show that in summer 2022, an LLC named “11 Peachtree Hills Holdings” purchased this .6-acre property for $4 million.
This upcoming development near Peachtree Creek offers modern living options in a prime location without compromising its natural surroundings or community charm.
