"Invenergy Expands Wacker Drive Headquarters with 85K SF of Energy Space"

Invenergy, a leading developer, owner, and operator of sustainable energy solutions, has announced the expansion of its flagship office in Chicago’s One South Wacker. This move comes as the company experiences continued growth and aims to consolidate its Chicago-based team.

The expansion is also notable as it marks the largest office expansion in Chicago’s Loop this year. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Bill Sheehy and Brad Serot while Telos Group’s Nikki Kern and J.D. Parcheta represented the landlord.

According to Jim Murphy, President and Corporate Business Leader at Invenergy: “As we continue our nationwide and global operations expansion, we require more space to accommodate new members of our exceptional team.” He added that this headquarters’ enlargement reflects their rapid growth trajectory as well as their ambitious plans for Invenergy’s future. They are excited about how this expanded office will support their team in developing innovative solutions for a clean energy future.
