Hilco Real Estate, LLC has recently listed two iconic properties in Chicago for sale: The Chicago Chop House and the Elbo Room. Established in 1986, the award-winning steakhouse is located in a beautifully restored Victorian brownstone building that boasts over 8,900 square feet of space.
