Värde Partners, a global alternative investment firm based in Minneapolis, has joined forces with Boston-headquartered Freehold Capital Management to acquire two expansive master-planned communities in the Southeast. These properties include Savannah Quarters in Pooler, Georgia and Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The acquisition encompasses current and future home sites as well as commercial parcels including the marina and Ocean Club at Grande Dunes.
