Värde Partners, a global alternative investment firm headquartered in Minneapolis, has joined forces with Boston-based Freehold Capital Management to purchase two expansive master-planned communities in the Southeast region. These properties include current and future home sites, commercial parcels, as well as the marina and Ocean Club at Grande Dunes.
According to Brendan Bosman, senior managing director at Värde Partners: “With 30 years of experience in U.S. residential land development and homebuilding under our belt, we are excited to collaborate with Freehold Capital Management on expanding these highly sought-after communities.”
