"Stable Aurora Shopping Plaza Sold for $20.4M"

The Summer Valley Shopping Center in Aurora, Colorado has recently been sold for $20.4 million by Arbor Plaza. The 95,669-square-foot retail center boasts a stable history with five tenants occupying the property for over 15 years and an additional fourteen tenants staying for around five years. Vasa Fitness and Dollar Tree serve as anchor tenants at this fully leased property.

Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller, who had owned the shopping center since 2018 when it was purchased for $19.7 million according to CommercialEdge data. Independent Bank provided a loan of $12.5 million towards this acquisition.

Located on an expansive 8-acre site at E.Quincy Avenue and S.Buckley Road in Carriage Place neighborhood, Summer Valley Shopping Center comprises two buildings that have undergone multiple renovations since their construction in the 1980s.
