Grosvenor, a privately owned property owner and developer, has recently announced the promotion of Jonathan Carr to Managing Director of Development. In his new role, Carr will oversee development teams in Washington D.C. and San Francisco while also serving as the primary liaison for capital partners in the United States.
Carr brings a wealth of experience to this position with a proven track record in project management. He has successfully delivered numerous residential and mixed-use projects throughout the D.C. region. Grosvenor is currently pursuing an impressive $4.7 billion development pipeline across various markets in North America.
According to James Patillo, Chief Development Officer for Grosvenor’s North American property business, “The creation of this managing director position reflects our company’s significant growth within our development program.” He further adds that Carr’s expertise in strategic thinking and management make him an ideal fit for this critical new role.
