Stockdale Unveils West LA Medical Office and Life Sciences Project

Stockdale Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate firm, has announced the development of a new medical office and life sciences building in West LA’s Golden Triangle. The project, located at 656 S. Vicente Blvd., will span 145,000 square feet and is situated at the intersection of San Vicente and Wilshire boulevards. This marks the first new construction for medical and life sciences facilities in this area in over two decades.

According to Andrew Saba, managing director at Stockdale Capital Partners: “Our latest project on 656 S. San Vicente Blvd is specifically designed to accommodate advanced technology and equipment needed for cutting-edge procedures in an outpatient setting.” He also added that this highly specialized environment cannot be replicated easily with older buildings found within West LA’s office markets.

The expected completion date for core-and-shell construction is October 2026. Leasing offerings associated with the project will be managed by CBRE’s Angie Weber and Dana Nialis.

This announcement comes as part of Stockdale Capital Partner’s continued efforts to provide state-of-the-art facilities for medical professionals looking to offer top-notch care services within West LA without having to compromise on outdated infrastructure or limited space options.
