"Relocating Office: Military Think Tank Announces Move"

The Center for a New American Security (CNAS), a leading military think tank, is moving its offices from Carr Properties’ 1152 15th St. NW to Grosvenor’s 1701 Pennsylvania Ave. NW in Washington D.C., according to the Washington Business Journal.

CNAS has secured a lease for the entire seventh floor of this new location, which boasts desirable amenities and an ideal strategic position. With approximately 45 staff members listed on its website, CNAS specializes in defense policy research and analysis. This relocation aligns with the organization’s plans for expansion.

Grosvenor has owned 1701 Pennsylvania Ave since 1986 and has implemented various upgrades to attract tenants. The lease deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield’s team consisting of Michael Katcher, Theo Slagle, and John Skolnik.
