Marcus & Millichap recently completed the sale of Best Western Plus Wausau-Rothschild Hotel, a well-appointed 83-room hospitality property located at 803 Industrial Park Avenue in Rothschild, Wisconsin. The transaction was facilitated by investment specialists Chris Gomes, Allan Miller, Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Gantman from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office.
The buyer of this prime hotel property was a private investor who was represented by Miller-Gomes Hotel Team. Todd Lindblom, Regional Manager and Broker of Record for Wisconsin also played an integral role in finalizing the deal.
