Cortland Partners, a leading real estate investment firm, has recently acquired the Spectrum South End apartments in Charlotte for $104 million. In order to enhance the value of this property, Cortland is implementing a comprehensive renovation plan that includes upgrading apartment interiors, clubhouse space, courtyard and pools. The project will also be rebranded as Cortland South End.
