"New Uptown Dallas High-Rise Collaboration: Kaizen and KERA Team Up"

Kaizen Development Partners has announced plans to acquire 2.4 acres of land in Uptown Dallas for a mixed-use high-rise development. The non-profit broadcaster KERA will also be relocating to the new building as part of the deal.

According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, construction is set to begin at the end of 2024 and is expected to be completed by 2027. The project will include residential and commercial towers, as well as a new broadcast headquarters for KERA that focuses on community engagement.

Kaizen will oversee development of the entire site, with their own residential and Class AA office towers occupying 2.4 acres on the southern end while KERA’s building will be located on remaining northern portion.

The development also includes plans for a separate residential tower and approximately 20,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space with an estimated completion date in 2027.

In preparation for construction starting in late-2024, KERA will temporarily relocate from its current location.
