"New Uptown Dallas High-Rise Collaboration: Kaizen and KERA Team Up"

Kaizen Development Partners has announced plans to purchase 2.4 acres of land in Uptown Dallas for a mixed-use high-rise development. The property, currently owned by non-profit broadcaster KERA, will also be home to KERA’s new broadcast headquarters.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, the project will feature residential and commercial towers and is set to break ground at the end of 2024 with an expected completion date of 2027. Kaizen will oversee development of the entire site, including their own residential and Class AA office towers on the southern end.

In addition to these buildings, there are also plans for a separate residential tower and approximately 20,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space on the property. This portion is expected to be completed in conjunction with Kaizen’s developments in 2027.

To make way for construction starting in 2024, KERA will temporarily relocate from its current location. Stay tuned for updates as this exciting project progresses!
