Located in Chicago’s dynamic West Loop neighborhood, this 18-story high-rise is the result of collaboration between KTGY and developer Tandem Partners.
Sage West Loop boasts 196 luxury apartments at its prime location on 1044 W Van Buren Street. The property seamlessly blends contemporary design with traditional Chicago architecture under the guidance of architect Antunovich Associates.
