"Tony Park's $37M Purchase of Midtown Office Property for MediaWill"

MediaWill, a Korean media company, has recently acquired a 113,000-square-foot office building in Midtown Manhattan for $37 million. The property at 110 West 32nd Street (also known as 115 West 31st Street) was purchased in partnership with Tony Park from RJF Realty. This marks the transition of the property after being under RJF Realty’s ownership for approximately four decades.

The plan is to convert the office building into residential units and retail spaces on the ground and mezzanine levels. The new development will also include amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop lounge.

During negotiations, Tony Park was represented by Elad Dror of PD Properties while Albert Sultan and Sophia Gaines of KSR represented RJF Realty.

This recent acquisition showcases MediaWill’s expansion into New York City real estate market alongside their partner Tony Park.
