FoxRock Properties has successfully secured a $27 million refinancing deal for One Heritage Drive, a 172,849-square-foot office building situated in Quincy, Massachusetts. The five-year fixed-rate loan was provided by Metro Credit Union.
One Heritage Drive is currently fully leased to Granite Telecommunications and is scheduled for renovations in 2023. This five-story building boasts a prime location across from the North Quincy MBTA station, providing convenient access to Downtown Boston and other areas.
JLL acted as the representative of the borrower with Jonathan Schneider leading the team. According to Schneider, “The strong performance of this property combined with its reputable owner resulted in an intense competition among lenders offering attractive financing options.”
