St. John Properties, Inc. has commenced construction on Simms Technology Park, a $125 million mixed-use community in Broomfield County. The project will feature 110,000 square feet of single-story office and flex/R&D space spread across three buildings.
The initial phase of the development includes one single-story office building with 41,000 square feet of space and two flex/R&D buildings totaling nearly 70,000 square feet. These three buildings will offer a combined total of just over 110,000 square feet.
Upon completion, Simms Technology Park will support approximately 600
