Nationwide Life Insurance Company has provided a $22 million refinancing for Village Greens Shopping Center in Staten Island, New York. Robert Delitsky and Dylan Hamer of Northmarq’s New York debt/equity office secured the permanent-fixed rate loan.
Delitsky commented that Nationwide Life Insurance Company showed strong interest in this deal due to the center’s strong sales and excellent tenant mix. They were able to meet the borrower’s loan request with competitive terms.
Village Greens Shopping Center is 75,697 square feet retail shopping center anchored by Key Food Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, and JP Morgan Chase Bank located in Arden Heights neighborhood of Staten Island, NY .
