Gazit Horizons has recently secured a long-term lease agreement with SNIPES, a renowned retailer specializing in sneakers and streetwear. The flagship store will be located at 467 Washington Street in Boston’s bustling Downtown Crossing neighborhood.
This marks SNIPES’ first venture into the heart of Boston, complementing its existing stores within the greater area. Anticipated to launch in autumn, the two-story establishment will showcase an array of popular streetwear and sneaker brands including Nike, Jordan, Adidas and New Balance.
According to Gazit Horizons CEO Zvi Gordon: “The addition of Snipes as a tenant for this prime location is an exciting development for Downtown Crossing. We continue to witness strong demand for premium retail spaces situated in highly pedestrianized areas like 467 Washington Street.”
