JBG SMITH has recently unveiled Water Park, a new outdoor dining destination in National Landing, Virginia. Spanning 1.6 acres, this park boasts nine restaurant kiosks run by local businesses led by minorities and women. Along with water features and public art installations, the park also offers lush landscaping, seating areas and a live performance stage.
Water Bar on an open-air terrace is operated by STHRN Hospitality while other vendors serve up various cuisines to visitors. This addition to JBG SMITH’s redevelopment efforts in National Landing includes the launch of 55 new retailers as well as over 5,000 brand-new multifamily units.
