The iconic Cherry Cricket restaurant, a staple in Denver since 1945, will remain as Alpine Investments plans to build around it. The developers purchased the half-acre site between the Cherry Cricket and Clayton Hotel & Members Club for $25 million. Their proposed project includes an eight-story office and retail building that will replace neighboring businesses such as a tailor and bar. This development also features three levels of underground parking and ground-floor retail space.
In addition to this project, Alpine Investments has partnered with Revesco Properties on other notable developments in Denver including a 12-story multifamily complex in the Golden Triangle area which broke ground in March, as well as an 84-unit mixed-use project on Tennyson Street which began construction in June.
This highly anticipated office development at the site of the famous Denver burger joint is just one example of how Alpine Investments continues to make its mark on Colorado’s real estate landscape.
