"Discover Dermody Properties' 198-Acre Logistics Campus in Wisconsin"

Dermody Properties has recently acquired a former power plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and is planning to redevelop the site as LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie. This 198-acre campus will offer build-to-suit opportunities with three state-of-the-art logistics buildings.

Currently, mass grading is underway and building pads are expected to be ready for vertical construction by the fourth quarter of 2023. The park has received conceptual approval for three buildings totaling 2.4 million square feet, which can be modified or consolidated as needed.

LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie boasts access to ample power supply and benefits from high-quality freshwater service from Lake Michigan through the Village of Pleasant Prairie. Nearby Racine also recently approved Microsoft’s plans for a $1 billion data center.

According to Neal Driscoll, Midwest region partner at Dermody Properties: “LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie offers unique advantages compared to other development opportunities in the Midwest, making it highly valuable for industrial uses beyond traditional warehousing.”
