The NRP Group recently celebrated the grand opening of The Sinclair Apartment Homes in Columbus, Ohio. This new affordable apartment community, developed with tax-credit funding from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and Huntington National Bank, was made possible through a collaboration between local leaders and CMHA.
Located at 5075 Sinclair Avenue, The Sinclair is a transit-oriented project that transformed a former live music venue into three four-story apartment buildings offering one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. With $27.7 million in tax-exempt and taxable bonds issued by CMHA, this $40 million development provides not just homes but also creates an environment for residents to thrive.
