The anchor tenant for this impressive building will be global tax services and software provider Ryan LLC. Occupying half of the 409,000-square-foot tower as their new world headquarters, Ryan Tower’s central location will complement their hybrid work environment.
Featuring top-of-the-line amenities such as a fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge with barista-style coffee bar and café; outdoor amenities include a pickleball court along with an outdoor terrace and balcony on the 15th floor.
Ryan Companies serves as developer/design-builder/equity partner for this project while ACORE Capital provides construction financing. The architect behind this stunning design is Gensler who has created an exceptional space that truly stands out among its peers.
