"New 30-Story Office Tower Set to Elevate Uptown Dallas Skyline"

The number of trophy office projects in Dallas has significantly decreased due to rising interest rates. However, Pacific Elm Properties and KDC are aiming to reverse this trend with their upcoming project, Parkside. This $200 million development will feature a 500,000-square-foot office tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox.

Located on the corner of North Harwood Street and Woodall Rodgers Freeway near the popular Klyde Warren Park, Parkside is set to become a prominent landmark in Uptown Dallas. Bank of America has already signed on as the signature tenant and will occupy over 238,000 square feet of space in the building.

Tenants can look forward to enjoying views of the five-acre park from any floor in the tower. The 12th-floor Sky Lobby and Lounge will also provide shared tenant space complete with a coffee bar and cocktail bar for networking opportunities.

Demolition is scheduled for October followed by site work before construction begins at the end of 2023. The estimated completion date for this impressive project is set for early 2027.
