Cresa, a leading commercial real estate firm, has recently acquired Axiom Advisory Group based in Detroit. The acquisition adds to Cresa’s global portfolio management expertise and expands their presence in the Midwest region. Ryan Bertin and Curt Stanton, former leaders of Axiom, will now serve as Managing Principals for Cresa’s Detroit operations.
The entire team of eight professionals from Axiom will join Cresa and operate under its brand. The decision to join forces with Cresa was influenced by the company’s occupier-focused platform and similar business approach. “We were drawn to Cresa’s unique platform that prioritizes clients’ needs and are excited to utilize their network of top-notch professionals to better serve our clients in metro Detroit and around the world,” said Bertin.
In 2022 alone, Cresa has expanded its reach through strategic acquisitions such as esrp & Elevate Growth Partners in Texas and Vicus Partners in New York City – adding nine new members to their team.
