Orion Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of Orion Capital Partners, will be responsible for managing and leasing the retail space.
This property spans over 8.38 acres and features 129,585 square feet of street-level retail connected to an eight-story suburban office building measuring at 84,913 square feet.
