For over 25 years, the Texas & Pacific Warehouse in Fort Worth has been vacant. Now, the Dallas Business Journal reports that owner Cleopatra Investments has restarted development efforts. Before any progress can be made, city officials must conduct a structural inspection of this historic building which could spark immediate renovations depending on its findings. With an upcoming inspection potentially leading to redevelopment, this abandoned landmark could soon be revitalized into something new!
