"New York's Walker Hotel TriBeCa Secures $60M Refi with Bridgeton Holdings"

Bridgeton Holdings secures $60 million refinancing for Walker Hotel TriBeCa, a 171-key boutique hotel in the trendy TriBeCa neighborhood. The loan was provided by Riyad Bank.

Located at the intersection of Broadway and Walker Street, this historic office building from 1899 was transformed into a stylish hotel that opened its doors in 2020. The Walker Hotel TriBeCa boasts four unique food and beverage options, including Blue Bottle Coffee and The Flower Shop Rooftop Bar. This is Bridgeton’s second Manhattan property under their popular “Walker” brand, joining the successful Walker Hotel Greenwich Village.

Newmark facilitated the deal on behalf of Riyad Bank with Jordan Roeschlaub, Dustin Stolly, Nick Scribani, Chris Kramer,and Tyler Dumon leading negotiations for the lender.
