"Warner Bros. Ranch Lot Redevelopment Secures $480M Financing with Worthe and Stockbridge Close"

Worthe Real Estate Group, in partnership with San Francisco-based investment firm Stockbridge, has secured $480 million in financing for the development of a new sound stage complex. This project will be the largest of its kind in the United States and is set to begin construction soon.

The 30-acre former Warner Bros. Ranch Lot in Burbank will be transformed into a state-of-the-art studio campus featuring 16 sound stages, as well as additional amenities such as a parking structure, commissary, and office complex spanning over 926,000 square feet. The entire space has already been fully leased by Warner Bros., showcasing their commitment to this project.

This financing marks another milestone for Worthe Real Estate’s longstanding partnership with Warner Bros., following their successful completion of Second Century at Burbank Studios earlier this year. This expansion added an additional 800,000 square feet to the existing studios.

The redevelopment plan was first announced back in 2019 when Worthe Real Estate Group joined forces with both Warner Bros. and Stockbridge on a larger agreement that would see most of the property occupied by Warner Bros., including their expansion into Second Century which will house approximately 4
