One of the highlights of Heritage Park will be its Class A office spaces spanning approximately 60,000 square feet. Located at the intersection of Heritage Parkway and Highway 287 in Mansfield,the project is scheduled to commence construction in2024.
According to reports from The Dallas Business Journal,the developers envision a vibrant mixed-use district that promotes walkability within its premises.Their vision includes not only office spaces but also retail outlets,residential properties,hospitality options,and entertainment venues.This aligns with their previous successful projects such as The South Ridge Development in Heath,a popular outdoor complex featuring restaurants,recreational facilities,and commercial offices.
As an added benefit,the development is expectedto generate around250 job opportunities while bringing an estimated valueof $70 million through ad-valorem taxes during its initial phase alone.
