Landmark Properties has recently acquired a prime 15-acre site in close proximity to the University of Colorado Boulder (CU Boulder). The company is set to commence construction on The Standard at Boulder, an impressive student housing community with a capacity of 936 beds. This project marks the culmination of Landmark’s successful year-end transactions totaling approximately $700 million.
The proposed building will span over 447,000 square feet and feature 303 modern student apartments. In early 2024, Landmark Properties plans to begin abatement and demolition of the existing hotel on the site – formerly known as Harvest House Hotel. Their construction arm, Landmark Construction, will serve as general contractor for this project which is expected to be completed by Fall of 2027.
Designed as a four-story structure, The Standard at Boulder will offer students various floorplans ranging from studios to four-bedroom options – some even featuring private balconies. Residents can look forward to enjoying an array of amenities spanning across more than twenty-nine thousand square feet including multiple rooftop decks with stunning views, an outdoor pool and deck area perfect for socializing or relaxation after class hours; not forgetting access to well-equipped study lounges ideal for academic pursuits. Additionally there will be ample parking space available accommodating up-to three hundred forty-eight vehicles along with electric vehicle charging stations making it convenient for residents who own electric cars.
This exciting development by Landmark Properties promises unparalleled living experience tailored specifically towards students’ needs while being strategically located near CU Bolder campus providing easy access between classes and other university facilities without compromising comfort or convenience.
